This was our first group hike in the Alps. It is impossible to say that any one of our hikes was the best because they all have been so unique, memorable and spectacular. This one might top the list if I absolutely had to because it was our first and so near to the Vallee de Belleville, our favorite place on earth.
The hike started in Pralognan, a sweet Savoyard village with a small ski area. We met at the Edelweiss hotel for the first night before setting off to organize our gear and be up bright and early for the mornings start.
